"I placed an order for 2 bras"
I placed an order for 2 bras, they shipped separately, got the 2nd shipment but not the 1st. It’s been months. I would like either the bra or my almost $50 back. Not sure if exact date… late January I believe

"Rude and lies"
Very bad experience. Rude on the phone and untrue denials od returns. Didn't notify me that I would not be getting a full refund. Were they going to send me the items back? Claiming that the items were worn and stained is a COMPLETE LIE. I never even opened the product. Never again.

"Buyer Beware...Bad Experience, Worse Customer Service"
Before I buy anything online, I look at the store's return policy This store said it charged $7.50 to return. I bought two exact same bras from HerRoom in two different colors. When they arrived, I immediately tried them on. The cups were too thick and pointy. It took less than three minutes to determine the bras were not for me. I put the ONE bra I'd tried on back in plastic sleeve and returned the package. I was credited for one returned bra (the one I'd never opened) but was told the other was "damaged, showed signs of wear." Preposterous, since I'd only tried it on for fit then repackaged/returned it. I contacted the company to complain. Could NEVER talk to a live person - recording says CALL VOLUME TOO HIGH. Only option was slow email or unresponsive Live Chat. Finally sent an email with my phone number requesting a call back from supervisor. NEVER heard back. Bottom line, if you try your bra on, it's not eligible for return. I've opened a dispute with my credit card company and will never do business with this company again.

"Horrible customer service representative on chat."
The company sent my mothers underwear labeled size 10 that was big enough to be a dress. Had to be size 18. Customer service representative was in a rush and couldn’t have cared less. Told me to take my 86 year old mothers measurements as each part of her body as individual company’s sizes are different. There is no way they are that drastically different. She told me she could do nothing I had to go to the webpage and pay 7.50 return postage that would be deducted from my $18 refund to even return the three $6 underwear. Still shaking my head that I ordered from this company. The third time I had to re input all my information to order I should have went elsewhere.

"Ordered 2, 1-good, 1-not so good"
I ordered two bras. One fit and one did not. I returned the one that did not fit well and my money was not returned. I was not given any explanation as to why my money would not be returned. The first experience that I had with HerRoom via QVC went well, the second that I did via HerRoom was less than satisfactory, to say the least. It is disheartening that it is hard enough to find an accurate and semi comfortable fitting bra to begin with but to be taken advantage of with no explanation for keeping my money is frustrating to say the least.

"Bad customer service"
Tried to make me go through a bunch of printing, packaging, shipping for their mistake for a low cost item instead of comping it. Not trying t be petty but they made the mistake and then led me down a rabbit hole of emails and phone calls just to tell me i had to be responsible for sending back a pair of tights that they screwed up on. What a pain a better store would have comped the item.

"There was an issue with my shipping and the customer..."
There was an issue with my shipping and the customer services response basically amounted to you can't prove it was missed delivered so we are not helping you. While I eventually did receive my products what I had asked for was a reshipment at MY COST but if they could honor 1 item at a sale price and they said no. I pretty much doubt I'll ever order from them again.

This is in my original comment, but it usps misdelivers and you can't prove it wasn't in your mail box oh well they will not help you on anyway shape or form.

“Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.”

I ordered a couple of bras......one is fine the other i tried for a few hours and did not like the fit...i did remove the tag.........is there going to be a problem returning?

“Yes, DEFINITELY. I returned a bra last week that I tried on for 2 seconds. I returned it immediately, with tags on, and in pristine condition and they would only issue me a store credit. BUYER BEWARE!”

“I bought three bras last week and returned one. They would only give me a store credit and said the item was not in resaleable condition. I had the bd pristine condition. This company has TERRIBLE reviews online. If I had seen them in advance of this, I would have never ordered them.”
