"Refund took a bit longer than expected"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been taking longer than I hoped. I understand these things can sometimes take time, but an update would be appreciated.

I checked out HerRoom hoping there’d be a bigger mix of options, but the brand selection felt limited to me. I kept feeling like I was being passed around between the same few names over and over, and some popular brands I expected to see just weren’t there. It might be fine if you already know and like the brands they carry, but I was hoping to compare more. The site itself is okay, I just expected a lot more variety.

"Support didn’t really sort it out"
I ran into a sizing issue, so I reached out to customer service thinking they’d help me figure it out. They did get back to me, which I guess is something, but the responses felt a bit rushed and didn’t really solve the problem. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just kind of frustrating when you’re hoping for actual help

"International shipping took forever"
It did eventually arrive, but it was way later than expected. I had to keep checking the tracking and following up, which just felt like extra work I didn’t sign up for.

"Not fully right, which was frustrating"
I ordered from herroom and the shipping time was decent, so I was feeling good at first. But when the package showed up, the order wasn’t completely right.
As someone who’s particular about fit and color, it was frustrating. One bra came in the wrong size, and another item was a different color than the one I chose. It wasn’t the end of the world, but when you’re waiting on specific pieces, it’s definitely annoying.
Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but getting everything sorted out took extra time. I might give them another try, but I’m not feeling super confident after this order.

"Pretty nice quality, honestly"
The fabric feels really nice, like softer than I expected, and it’s held up fine after washing so far. No weird shrinking or anything, so yeah… happy with it.

"Got help way faster than I expected"
I had a quick question about sizing and sent them an email, figured it might take a few days to hear back. But they replied that same afternoon and helped me fix my order before it shipped out. Super helpful and I really appriciated how fast they got back to me.

Tracking my order was straightforward. The first update took a little bit to show any movement, which I kept checking more than I probably needed to, but after that the updates came through regularly enough. I liked being able to see each scan and where the package was, even the small location changes. Overall, I always had a decent idea of where it was, so it was a good experience.

"Great deals when the promos are running"
I ordered from HerRoom during one of their promos, that’s probably the best time to shop there. Everything feels a little pricey without a coupon, but they always seem to have some kind of sale going on, so it worked out. My discount code went through with no issues at checkout, and shipping was normal — not lightning fast, but not bad either. The only annoying thing was that a lot of the sale stuff barely had any sizes left, which always seems to happen with deals like this. Overall, I was happy with what I saved.

"Reviews Made Sizing Way Easier"
I appreciated that the reviews were actually helpful and not just people saying random stuff, which happens way too often. They helped me figure out what size to order, and it ended up fitting well. Always a relief when you don’t have to deal with returns. Shipping was fine too, nothing fancy but no issues. I’d definitely shop with HerRoom again.

The site works and I was able to get what I needed, but finding the right sizes took me a little longer than it should have. Just seems like one of those basic things that should be easier to spot when you’re shopping.

"Better deal than I found elsewhere"
I ended up ordering from HerRoom after comparing the same bra on a few different sites, the price here was the best one I found. Shipping was reasonable too, so for me it felt like a solid deal overall. I’ll probably look here first next time before checking other stores...

The product info was actually helpful and gave me a decent idea of what to expect... but the fit just wasn’t quite right for me!! Not terrible, just a little off sizing-wise.

The bras were basically just stuffed into a thin plastic bag, and one of the boxes was all bent up when it arrived. For the price, I really expected things to be packed with a little more care instead of feeling like it was rushed out the door.
The items themselves seem okay so far, but the first impression definitely wasn’t great. HerRoom really needs to improve how they ship their stuff.

"Shipping could’ve been better"
I ordered a couple of bras from HerRoom, and the checkout process was simple. I’ve ordered lingerie online before from other places, so I wasn’t expecting anything complicated, and that part went smoothly enough.
The only downside was the shipping. It took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking barely changed for a few days, which was frustrating since I needed one item for a trip. Everything did show up in good condition, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’d give it 3 stars because the delivery could’ve been faster

"The size actually matched my standards"
I’m particular about how a bra should fit, so I was a little nervous ordering one online. I used the size guide on herroom.com with my regular measurements, it came out right. No awkward gaps, no band digging in, and it felt like it fit the way it was supposed to.
That made the whole shopping process a lot less frustrating for me. I’ve tried other sites where the sizing felt kind of off, but this one lined up with what I expect. I’d probably order from them again just because the fit was actually reliable.

“Hello Sally - if you just want a smaller band size while keeping your same cup volume, move from a 36H(D5) to a 34I(D6). The problem, however, is that this bra does not have a larger cup size in this style. I therefore would not suggest this bra for you.”

“Yes, DEFINITELY. I returned a bra last week that I tried on for 2 seconds. I returned it immediately, with tags on, and in pristine condition and they would only issue me a store credit. BUYER BEWARE!”

“I bought three bras last week and returned one. They would only give me a store credit and said the item was not in resaleable condition. I had the bd pristine condition. This company has TERRIBLE reviews online. If I had seen them in advance of this, I would have never ordered them.”
